NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-1474-CI-013 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 212, INC. is Plaintiff, and BETTY LOUISE GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BETTY LOUISE GONZALEZ; MARC DAVID FULTON; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of August, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Diplomat House, Unit 311, and an undivided interest, or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Town Shores of Gulfport, No. 212, a Condominium and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in Official Records Book 4085, page 1701, et seq. And the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, pages 75, 76, and 77, et seq, together with additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
