NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 28, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 008328 NC of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COLEY CREDIT CORPORATION, a Florida Corporation is Plaintiff and ALEXANDER L GALLAGHER, III A/K/A ALEXANDER L GALLAGHER; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1; TREASURE ISLAND TENNIS & YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of June, 2015 at 10:00AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 404, TREASURE ISLAND TENNIS & YACHT CLUB #2, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4135, Pages 1502 through 1603, and as amended and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 4 through 11, as amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
