NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 8, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 03-1517-CI-11 (33) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS 2005-SD1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-SD1, Plaintiff and RIVERSON S. LEONARD, JR., ET AL. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOT 28, BLOCK A, UNIT C, BELLEAIR SUBSDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 3 AND 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
