NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-001296-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JEFFREY S. ZULICK A/K/A JEFFREY STEPHEN ZULICK, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT NO C, BUILDING NO 9, OF PIPER GLEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK, 23, PAGES 12 THROUGH 15, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4450, PAGE 988, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS ON PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
