NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2015, and entered in 12-013096-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and LORRAINE NICHOLS A/K/A LORRAINE R. NICHOLS; MARK NICHOLS A/K/A MARK J. NICHOLS; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 08, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 2, BRONX ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
