NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 27, 2015 in Civil Case No. 11-007737-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JANUARY 1, 2004 GSAMP TRUST 2004-FM1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-FM1 is the Plaintiff, and ESTELLE LOPEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ESTELLE LOPEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; CABANA CLUB CONDOMINIUM, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

UNIT 1204, CABANA CLUB CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 76, PAGES 91 THROUGH 112 INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 42 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5769, PAGE(S) 1059, ET SEQ., AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5785, PAGE 1291, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
