NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on July 9, 2015 the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than
the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
