SHULTZ A/K/A MICHAEL SHULTZ, NATRINA GATES A/K/A NATRINA G. SHULTZ., BANK OF AMERICA N.A., CITY OF SEMINOLE FLORIDA, PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, PINELLAS COUNTY UTILITIES, GENFED FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, FLEET MORTGAGE CORP, and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FLEET MORTGAGE CORP., are the Defendants.
