LOT 4 AND THE FOLLOWING PART OF LOT 5, FROM THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 5 AS A POINT OF BEGINNING RUN BY A CURVE TO THE LEFT RADIUS 165.00 FEET ARC 42.27 FEET CHORD S 54 DEG. 41' 15" E 42.15 FEET ALONG SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 5, THENCE N 30 DEG. 42' 36" E 138.97 FEET TO NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 5, THENCE S 78 DEG. 04' 35" W 22.50 FEET TO NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 5, THENCE S 42 DEG. 39' 06" W 123.00 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, BLOCK 93, LAKEWOOD ESTATES, SECTION C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 4330 S COLUMBUS WAY, ST PETERSBURG , FL 33712 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kari D. Marsland-Pettit of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 6-22-2015, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
