NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-009541 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Todd S. Potter are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 104, BUILDING 200, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO COVENANT, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR HARBOUR TOWNE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4824, PAGES 78 THROUGH 154, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, AT PAGES 112 THROUGH 125, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
