NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Rem dated March 11, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-010984 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU 2005-AR 16, is Plaintiff and BOAKE, CARL AND BOAKE,SHARON, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 8, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, PASADENA POINT ESTATES PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
