NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-006288 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Nomura Asset Acceptance Corporation, Alternative Loan Trust, Series 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff and Van S. Wofford are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 9, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK J, HARVEY'S ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3-H, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ALSO DESCRIBED AS:
LOT 9, BLOCK “J”, CORRECTED MAP OF HARVEY'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
