NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-4135-CO-040 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SCOTSDALE CLUSTER CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARGARET REILLY; PETER ANDREW MARASCIO; MICHAEL P. MARASCIO; LARRY KOBINIK A/K/A LARRY KOBIELNIK; HELEN FREEMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of June, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain parcel CONSISTING OF UNIT 1383, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF SCOTSDALE CLUSTER CONDOMINIUM I, PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 115 THROUGH 117, INCLUSIVE, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 54 THROUGH 56 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED AUGUST 15, 1980 IN O.R. BOOK 5060, PAGES 2180 THROUGH 2260 INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5123, PAGE 1226, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
