NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 12-012599-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and ARTHUR MUCCI, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on June 30, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EASTERLY 15 FEET OF LOT 2 AND THE WESTERLY 55 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK E, HIGHLAND ESTATES OF CLEARWATER FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY.
