NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-17420-CI-11, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-HE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and SHEBELLA SMALLS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHEBELLA SMALLS; ANGEL E. CASTILLO; ANA MARY CASTILLO; TITAN DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC; CITY OF SAINT PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION; LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-6AR, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 4, REVISION OF VINSETTA PARK ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF,AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
