NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-002998 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and John Ronald Evans a/k/a J. Ronald Evans a/k/a J. R. Evans and Sandra J. Evans, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 30, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 3, ABERDEEN, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGES 81 THROUGH 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
