ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF LARGO IN THECOUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 12/10/2003 AND RECORDED 01/07/2004 IN BOOK 13280 PAGE 1998 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 68, SUBDIVISION EAST BAY ESTATES, PLAT BOOK 47, PLAT PAGE 48.
and commonly known as: 3019 ENGLEWOOD DR, LARGO, FL 33771; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
