NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2015 and entered in Case No. 12-003916-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANK OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-6, is Plaintiff and LINH PHAN; HANH T. TU; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; CORAL HEIGHTS LOCAL NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT 1 NKA JAMES PEARD AKA JAMES BEARD; TENANT 2 NKA DUONG PHAN; AND TENANT 3 NKA ATHENA WALKER, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26th day of June, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
