NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-005495-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MARINERS ATLANTIC PORTFOLIO, LLC, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT C. CARR, FOUNDATION FINANCIAL GROUP, LLC, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT CARR, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, et al. are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of June, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to be published in Business Observer, to wit:
