NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001834-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-2, ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE BACKED PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and VILLA MARQUIS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. JULIO MOLINA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A AMANDA SPARKS are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 6/24/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
