NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number 2012-CA-020349-O in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, that Eddie Fernandez, Orange County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
