NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-015183-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and TANNER ALAN THOMAS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATED IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ:
LOT 97, SUNCREST VILLAS, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 24 THROUGH 27, INCLUSIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
