NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, Case No. 2014-CA-001905-O, in which VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC, IT'S TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and Bienvenida Javier; Bank of America, N.A.; Unknown Spouse of Bienvenida Javier and Cypress Fairway Condominium Association, Inc., Defendants, the Clerk of Court for Orange County, Florida will sell the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida:
Unit 7109 of Cypress Fairway Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 7837, Page(s) 530 through 616, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
