NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-008059-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee is the Plaintiff and Angel Figueroa a/k/a Angel G. Figueroa; Unknown Spouse of Angel Figueroa a/k/a Angel G. Figueroa; Elizabeth Figueroa; Crowntree Lakes Tracts 2 & 3 Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 22nd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 103, CROWNTREE LAKES TRACTS 2 & 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 130 THROUGH 140, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
