NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 14th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001297-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DANIEL BRACHO; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; ELISHA BRACHO; KATHERINE A. RUTHLEDGE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of June, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 22 AND THE WEST 33 FEET OF LOT 23, BLOCK C, COLLEGE PARK, FIFTH ADDITION TO COUNTRY CLUB SECTION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK N, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
