lot 13, block 4859, port charlotte subdivision, section 91, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 7, page 68a of the public records of charlotte county, florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the attorney for the Plaintiff, MILLENNIUM PARTNERS, whose address is 21500 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 600, Aventura, FL 33180, and the file the original with the Clerk within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, or on or before June 27, 2015. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Foreclosure Complaint.
