NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2010-CA-001903, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AC2 is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT L. SHAMBERGER, JR; SHARON A. SHAMBERGER; NAPLES WALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.,; BAY FOREST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ELIAS BROTHERS GROUP PAINTING & CONTRACTING, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 THROUGH #4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on June 15, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 3503, OF NAPLES WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1620, PAGES 401 THROUGH 474, PUBLC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTANCES THERE UNTO APPERTAINING AND SEPCIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
