NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-003006-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and PATRICIA M. PRETTYMAN; JOSEPH H. PRETTYMAN, JR. A/K/A J. H. PRETTYMAN; ORA AT CHOKOLOSKEE INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on June 15, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF CHOKOLOSKEE IN THE COUNTY OF COLLIER STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 7/6/99 AND RECORDED 7/16/99 IN BOOK 2571 ON PAGE 923 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS: UNIT 250, OUTDOOR RESORTS AT CHOKOLOSKEE ISLAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED 2/15/84 IN BOOK 1066, PAGE 136, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO. PARCEL ID # 64720000009
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
