NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2009 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 007648 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and CARIDAD MORALES, et.al., are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 15 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, SOUTH TAMIAMI HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3508 SEMINOLE AVE, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34112
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
