NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-02621 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and David W. Alger, Anette C. Alger a/k/a Anette Christina Alger, Bank of Naples, Palm River Homeowners and Civic Association, Inc., Leonard P. Reina, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
