NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2015, and entered in 11-2014-CA-002039-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM LEE BEARD, JR., AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM LEE BEARD, SR., DECEASED; WILLIAM LEE BEARD, JR.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE AMBASSADOR CLUB OF NAPLES, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL, at 11:00 AM, on June 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 305, AMBASSADOR CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 545, PAGE 351 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
