NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2015, and entered in 2012-CA-001428 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-12 , is the Plaintiff and EUNICE CORDERO; COVE TOWER PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; 455 COVE TOWER TRUST; WIGGINS BAY FOUNDATION INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on June 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 303, NEVIS AT COVE TOWERS PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3188, PAGE 2271, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
