NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 002444 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 4, is Plaintiff and JOSEPH MORINA A/K/A JOSEPH RALPH MORINA; BARBARA C. MORINA A/K/A BARBARA COSTA-MORINA A/K/A BARBARA J. COSTA A/K/A BARBARA JEAN COSTA; ST. CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 15 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 132, St. Croix at Pelican Marsh, a Condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records book 3776, pages 2841 through 2974, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
