NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 19, 2015, with the sale dated scheduled for June 15, 2015 and entered in Case No.: Case No.: 2014 CA 1984, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida . HOUSING OPPORTUNITY PARTNERS REO, LLC, is the Plaintiff and REBECCA KINCER; BUDDY KINCER; FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-SL4, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-SL4 ;JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, et .al, are defendants. The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on June 15, 2015, at 11:00 Am on the third floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex located at 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, to the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No.: 228, of FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3866 Page 4006 through 4127, together with an undivided interest in the Common Elements appurtenant thereto, as recorded in the Public Records of COLLIER County, Florida, together with the exclusive right to use Parking Space 285.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
