NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2015 entered in Civil Case No.: 2013CA000839 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and CHRISTINE L. HOYT; BISCAYNE APARTMENTS OF NAPLES, INC.; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JORDAN HOYT;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 15 day of June, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FAMILY UNIT NO. 20, BISCAYNE APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 551, PAGES 629 TO 657, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
