NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20 day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-2463-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and STEVEN C. COOMBS A/K/A STEVEN CLYDE COOMBS; HOPE MOORE ; COUNTRYSIDE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; PNC BANK, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST BY MERGER TO RBC BANK (USA), AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST BY MERGER TO COMMUNITY BANK OF NAPLES, N.A.; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 15 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
