NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2015, and entered in 11-2014-CA-000588-00 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006 EQ2 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EQ2., is the Plaintiff and CATALINA AT HIGH POINT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; WILLIAM SMITH A/K/A WILLIAM C. SMITH are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on June 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1304, CATALINA AT HIGH POINT CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 865, PAGES 1313 TO 1363, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
