NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2015, and entered in 11-2014-CA-002468-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-E. MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-E, is the Plaintiff and JAMES A. KLEIN; JOANNE KLEIN; THE MIRAGE ON THE GULF CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A MIRAGE ON THE GULF CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A MIRAGE IN THE GULF CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY -INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on June 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT #204, THE MIRAGE ON THE GULF, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2850, PAGE 767, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
