NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 1202774CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING & TRUST is the Plaintiff, and FADI G. RABIL; CHRISTINE BIANCHI RABIL; CURTIS HERSEY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ELIAS SALAZAR; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A VERONICA SEDENO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT($) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tarniami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on June 15, 2015 @ 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 17, FIRST ADDITION TO NAPLES TWIN LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
