NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 11, 2015 in Civil Case No. 41-2013-CA-000567 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and BARBARA D. CARLTON A/K/A BARBARA CARLTON A/K/A BARBARA DENISE CARLTON, MORGAN SKYLER CARLTON, LELAND CARLTON, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LELAND W. CARLTON AKA LELAND CARLTON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA D. CARLTON AKA BARBARA CARLTON , UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MORGAN SKYLER CARLTON, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of June, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 4 and 5, Block O, HIGHLAND SHORES, FOURTH UNIT, as Per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 14, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with that part of vacated Willow Lane described as follows:
Beginning 42.10` West of the East property line of Lot 4, Block O of Highland Shores, Fourth Unit, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 14; go West 126.17` along present R/W line to a point 14.10` East of the West line of Lot 5, Block O; thence East 110.00` along extended South R/W line of Willow Lane to a Point of Beginning. Said North and South parcels comprising all dedicated R/W North and South of the 50` R/W of Willow Lane, Highland Shores Fourth Unit, extended to the West property line of said subdivision.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
