NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 11, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-3560-AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and BILLIE RAYE BONDS, TRUSTEE OF THE BILLIE RAYE BONDS AND KIMBERLY RAYBUCK BONDS FAMILY TRUST DATED APRIL 4, 2006 , BILLIE RAYE BONDS, KIMBERLY RAYBUCK BONDS, TRUSTEE OF THE BILLIE RAYE BONDS AND KIMBERLY RAYBUCK BONDS FAMILY TRUST DATED APRIL 4, 2006, CITY OF BRADENTON, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, CHARLES E. TANNER, KIMBERLY RAYBUCK BONDS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BILLIE RAYE BONDS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIMBERLY RAYBUCK BONDS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE BILLIE RAYE BONDS AND KIMBERLY RAYBUCK BONDS FAMILY TRUST DATED APRIL 4, 2006, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS , are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of June, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 17, Block 2, SEMINOLE PARK, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 107, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
