NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 11, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014CA004641AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-4 MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-4 is Plaintiff and JEFFREY BURDICK, UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN TENANT 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY BURDICK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VELYN DAVIS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of June, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
