NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 19, 2015 in Civil Case No. 41-2014-CA-003799, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and YOLANDA D. PARKER AKA YOLANDA PARKER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YOLANDA D. PARKER A/K/A YOLANDA PARKER; CORTEZ VILLAS CONDOMINIUM 7 ASSOCIATION INC.; CORTEZ VILLAS PROPERTY ASSOCATION INC.; CORTEZ VILLAS CONDOMINIUM 6 ASSOCIATION INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IS POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on June 19, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 23, CORTEZ VILLAS CONDOMINIUM 7, PHASE A, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 927, PAGE 1339, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGE 195, AND 196 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. “TOGETHER WITH ALL INTEREST IN PARKING SPACES 23A AND 23B.”
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
