Final Judgment was awarded on May 19, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 003228, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. (FORMERLY KNOWN AS FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK), AS TRUSTEE FOR PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC.ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-WWF1 is the Plaintiff, and ERWIN D. DE LAS ALAS AKA ERWIN D. DELASALAS; SUSAN L. DE LAS ALAS AKA SUSAN L. DELASALAS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR OAK STREET MORTGAGE LLC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IS POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on June 25, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, HIBISCUS PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 20 AND 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
