NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 7th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012CA008160AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and STEVEN N. ASHBY A/K/A STEVEN ASHBY A/K/A STEVE N. ASHBY A/K/A STEVE ASHBY; EVA MARIE ASHBY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF MANATEE COUNTY; CREEKSIDE PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 106, CREEKSIDE PRESERVE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 186, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
