APARTMENT E-3, BUILDING “E”, CENTRAL CORTEZ PLAZA FKA CORTEZ PLAZA APARTMENT CONDOMINIUM, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGE 30 AND DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CORTEZ PLAZA APARTMENT “E”, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 620, PAGE 235, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 23rd day of June, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
