NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Plaintiff's Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Judicial Sale entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 6 day of July, 2015, at 9:00 a.m., in accordance with Sec. 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, the following property:
LOT 11, BLOCK D, ROSEMARY PARK NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
