Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 19, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, BLOCK Y, STONEYBROOK, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGES 73 THROUGH 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
