NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-050058 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Robert M. Jeffries, Individually and as Trustee of the Robert M. Jeffries Revocable Living Trust Dated September 26, 2014, as to an Undivided 1/2 Interest and Joanne Marie Kane a/k/a Joanne M. Kane a/k/a Joanne Kane, as to an Undivided 1/2 Interest are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on June 24, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 40, BLOCK 83, UNIT 5, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 80 TO 90, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
