Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp. 2006-FRE2 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FRE2, is the Plaintiff and Chris Attwood, Margaret Potts, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan, Unknown Party #1 nka Ronald Renfrow, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 20 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
